Vera is a Designer and Luxury Brand Strategist. Phil is an award winning chef with over 20 years experience and together they created the Bears brand. Phil, former head chef of The prestigious Anglesea Arms, a gastropub in Brackenbury Village, is on a mission to surprise and excite the ice cream lover who dares to go off-piste but also appreciates the more classic flavours. Bears is the ice cream stronghold in West London and oozes independence, creativity and originality.

In the shop you can buy high quality soft serve, made with Jersey milk and cream. Bears is inspired by the traditional Icelandic ice cream parlour. In the shop the customer gets a chance to get creative and mix their own flavour by choosing from 40+ toppings. Toppings can be dipped, rolled or smashed into the Jersey milk based ice cream, allowing you to create endless combinations of flavours and textures. Or you can choose from the unusual and exciting menu with signature cones and glaciers created by chef Phil.
