Refund policy
We want our customers to be happy!
Our Deliveroo customers can claim a refund if their order wasn’t right – if it had missing items, if items were damaged, or if the order was extremely late.
Please check your Deliveroo app for more information or to initiate the refund process.
If you purchased your ice cream in-store and for any reason are not happy, please speak to us right away and we do our best to rectify the situation.
